The staff and in particular the propriertors, cannot do enough for you. They are honest, open and do not try to baffle you with jargon. They don't talk to you like an idiot, if like me you know nothing about cars. The service I have received from this garage has been that of excellence, and I would not go anywhere else. They are a shining light of what real customer service is about. More local companies could learn a lesson in how to treat their customers from Kevin and his staff.
