Staff made us cups of tea whilst we were waiting, kept us informed of time frames for repair/ replacement of tyres. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We were on holiday and the exhaust went on our car. This garage went out of its way to order, acquire and fit a new exhaust the same day. We could have not chosen a better garage.

I have never been so well looked after by garage staff for as long as I can remember.

I am writing to let you know how wonderfully refreshing it is to find a dedicated, caring professional like Alan Crosby. Over the Easter weekend my partner found herself in dire straits when her vehicle, which had only been serviced three days before by a main dealer, developed a fault later to become apparent as three sheared bolts holding the rear passenger-side wheel. Not only did we find Alan's garage open on Easter Monday, his professionalism, knowledge and care were a most pleasant surprise. He inspected the car and offered help and advice. Alan took on the repair and explained how and why the problems had occurred, problems which should have been highlighted and rectified by any competent garage, but which had been neglected in our case. I am not exaggerating when I say he saved the lives of my partner and children, for if he had not been dedicated to his craft, he would not have been open and that morning my partner would have embarked on a trip from Camelford to the Eden Project, with the intention of leaving from there in the evening, on the long journey home to Henley on Thames in a fully laden and occupied vehicle. A vehicle which Alan immediately realised was a death trap. If you have any award or method of recognition for such care, dedication and professionalism, please, please, please present it to him. Mr. Alan Crosby and Chris were outstanding in dealing with a serious diesel leak on a Saturday pm - 150 miles from home with 2 children. Dropped everything and could not have taken more trouble.
