I arrived at the garage without warning. There was immediate diagnosis for two rear springs required in our BMW320iSE 1993 which had to be supplied from Fallmouth (1.5 hours away). I arrived at about noon; job completed by 5pm! Courtesy car used.

Car was put into Atlantic Motor Services for emergency repairs and despite no formal courtesy cars being available they even sourced a vehicle for us to use during this period. We feel they made the difference on a holiday fraught with car related problems and appreciate this very much.

Small courtesy car provided very promptly but unfortunately they did not mention it will be charged for. In view of the garage bill for work done would have been good to have it free.
