First time used and will definitely use again. Helpful, straight-talking, great staff. Work done as discussed and promised. No reason not to recommend having had remedial DPF repair on my SAAB 93 TTDI. Excellent garage.

I've used Arnold's Autos now for approximately ten years. John and his staff are friendly and efficient. On more than one occasion they have gone 'the extra mile' for me. They are quite simply brilliant. I'd highly recommend them and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.
They've taken good care of my Clio over the last 5 MOT's. It just couldn't be kept going any longer. It served me well, as did (John) Arnold's Auto's Ltd, and the staff - particularly Lisa.
I was very pleased with the service. It was fast and thorough, and was done by the end of the day. I felt looked after and not taken advantage of, which as a young female I have previously felt at other auto centres - where they have overcharged, etc.

Yet again what great service I've received at Arnold's Auto's. Jonny noticed a fault in my car that he informed me about. I took it straight back to the manufacturer who are now having to cover the cost of that repair in the region of £1000. First class service. Honest and reliable. What more can you ask?
