They repair things instead of just saying it wants a new part.
A warning light came on my dashboard on the way to work. I was passing Arnolds having never used them before and called in on the off chance they could have a look at it. Very helpful with a phone call within a couple of hours detailing the problems and all fixed and ready to collect before lunch time. Very helpful and courteous staff.
Excellent garage, respectful and helpful staff. Don't overcharge and in fact they only charged me for the part.
Friendly atmosphere; helpful staff.
Great service as always. Reception area lovely and clean and ladies toilet is immaculate. I feel I am getting the best service and price.
I took the car in to get the rear discs and pads replaced and also to investigate blowing from the exhaust. John was very honest about what needed doing and he advised to just replace the pads and also found the cause of the blowing exhaust. Very happy with the service and will use again.
Have used other Garages throughout Hull over the years, even others that are mentioned on this Good Garage scheme list, but Arnolds Autos in my opinion far exceed other garages for service, customer service and knowledge base. Overall saving time and unnecessary costly works. 10 out of 10, thank you.
Always helpful and recommends other places if work requires different specialists such as paint or body repairs.
Absolutely brilliant service as always. Was kept informed all the way through the work being carried out, all with a knowledgeable and pleasant attitude to boot. Highly recommend John and the lads.
Great service as always, coming back on Friday.
Fantastic service as always, helpful and great prices. I have recommended them to family and friends.
Arnold's provides excellent service always. I would recommend them anytime.
They were very approachable and efficient. I will not be looking for any other garages to carry out the work. I'm completely satisfied.
I cannot recommend this garage and its staff more highly. I was made to feel more like a friend than just another customer.
Fantastic. The only garage I have ever trusted completely. Would never go anywhere else.
