The staff are friendly and helpful - particularly to the uninitiated! They are honest and fair. I wish I had been aware of this garage much sooner.

Excellent customer care again. I had booked in for a standard costed service. When a bit more work was required to be done I was telephoned and told before I gave my permission to proceed.
