Excellent, practical and honest service at a very reasonable cost. I booked the BMW X3 in to Alastair Reid, Guildtown with potentially a major transmission problem and hesitation (suspected possible mis-firing in accelerating through 2nd and 3rd gears in particular). Some minor repairs effectively dealt with and two suspected major problems cleverly diagnosed as neither major transmission or mis-firing problem. Rather, since we had bought our car some months ago and unknown to us, our car was fitted with the wrong tyres! Complete solution a new set of premium tyres supplied by Alastair Reid at a competitive price. We feel we have a new car completely free of previous problems, which ruined enjoyment of car. A R Guildtown are wholly trustworthy in my view and they enjoy my complete confidence.

I have been very satisfied with this garage and the advice I was offered over the years, ever since early 1980s. It will be difficult to find such a good set up now that I am leaving the area to live elsewhere.
