The staff are usually nice and helpful. Last two jobs I had done here were not completed on time. If the technician is running behind, the staff should let us know and ask if we're happy to wait longer. It would've been a five star , but those last two times drop it down to three stars. Room for improvement.

Managed to fit us in last minute and got the job done quickly. We expected to be told we would need a new part from Mini but they managed to repair the issue without the need for ordering new parts and all for the princely sum of £20. We will definitely use AP Autocare again. Thanks.
