From the moment I called this garage I was treated with openness and respect. I was delighted that the person I spoke with was so clear about different services and costs. When I went to the garage I felt as though I mattered as a customer. I also 'felt' as though my car was in safe, secure and qualified hands. The sight of the garage also made me feel as though it is a professional place - it was clean, 'busy' and everyone was doing work on cars! (I am horrified when garage forecourts are filled with coffee drinkers in overalls!). What I was quoted as the price was what I paid - there was a comprehensive breakdown on my bill of what I had paid and also the person taking my money made sure I understood what I was paying for and why. I also asked about 'service' options and these were comprehensively explained - this was great. I was impressed by the breadth of work undertaken, the options and the prices. Finally, while I waited for my car to be MOT'd I was offered a mug of free coffee, a clean waiting area and a magazine to read. I was so grateful for this. After a year of living in Bristol and struggling between garages I know I have finally found 'my garage'. I am a community-based worker and my car is vital to my work - I have to be able to rely on it totally - with this garage looking after my car and me as a customer, I can relax. Thank you.
Overall satisfaction loses two points for two day turnaround and high price of repair.
