I have been a customer with A D Pope for over ten years. I have followed him from his old premises to his current one and seen him expand both in terms of size and scale, all totally justified. He has dealt with a succession of makes for myself and my growing family fleet with both servicing and repairs including Peugeot, Renault, Ford, Volvo and BMW, all with diligence and courtesy. His knowledge of cars is terrific, and I know that he tackles difficult diagnostic jobs that other, larger garages shy away from and of course succeeds! There is no useless customer service representative, your car doesn't get washed before it is returned to you, etc. If you want those frills go elsewhere. If however you want to talk to the boss and discuss your car and your needs, with someone who will tell you honestly what needs to be done, then you can at this garage. I have always been satisfied with the work done for me, and have recommended him to others with total confidence. What more could you ask for.
