Dobson Motors fitted me in at very short notice, kept me fully informed about the work they were doing, contacted me before incurring any large costs. The agent on the service desk was extremely polite and helpful. Car was cleaned prior to collection.
I was not given an estimate of cost - luckily I knew it would be expensive. A routine of always giving a quote would be good.
