Blacksmiths Garage Ltd

Very helpful. They collected our car and supplied us with a loan vehicle. Work completed and car washed! Overall very satisfied and would use again. Thanks.

Excellent customer service and I will definitely recommend it to friends and use again and again.

This is a great garage providing excellent professional service. I have used this garage twice this year due to my car being slightly older and in need of tender loving care. Shipton Auto Services has provided swift and excellent help. They go the extra mile. I even had my car picked up from my work one morning so I didn't have to have the hassle of taking time off work. Steve at the garage has always informed me what work might need doing to my car before he starts and gets in contact immediately about work done or work needing to be done. I have found the service to be very friendly, speedy and completely reliable. I would be happy to recommend this garage.

It is great to finally find a garage that I can trust. Many thanks!

Very friendly, helpful, efficient and excellent value for money.

Steve has done some work for me before and having spent years looking for a trustworthy mechanic I have finally found one. I could not be happier with the service and the price. Cheers!

I had a problem with my car. As it was losing water, the car was diagnosed with a broken head gasket and a leak on a pipe. The work was carried out to a very high standard, great communication and no hidden extras. I am very satisfied and I will definitely use this garage again.

Prompt, efficient service with excellent and helpful communication. They diagnosed the problem, got the parts, and fixed it within the day. My car was also lovely and clean when I picked it up which was an unexpected bonus. I would definitely go there again for any futre work/service, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I broke down close to the garage, when I was on my way to Hull to see my family. They were so helpful, and the mechanic seemed to put himself out for me. Excellent service and great guys.

First time used, car seems ok.

A very quick and efficient service.

Great, friendly service, fully explained the work that needed doing as well as any other minor issues that may need doing in the future. Very thorough and high quality work. Very pleased and don't mind the journey from Leeds for the quality of service and work that I receive.

Very helpful and very reasonable in price. Perfect service.

I can't rate the service highly enough. Steve picked up the car in the morning and dropped it off in the evening, meaning that I didn't have to drive out to the garage (which I would have had to have done had I gone to the local main dealer). His charges are incredibly reasonable, he is very good at describing what is wrong or needs doing, which to someone who knows nothing about cars is very reassuring. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Great service. I will use them again.

This is the second MOT that Steve has carried out for me now, as I brought my car to him last year when he had just opened. He told me about the free collection and delivery service when I booked my car in with him, which made things a lot easier. I had some advisories on my MOT, which Steve provided a very reasonable quote for and fitted me in promptly. I would gladly recommend him to others.

Although I live in Manchester I still bring my car here. Can't fault them ... excellent work.

I have used this garage a few times before and I got rid of the creaking noise, which has been 'driving me potty' for a few months. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. He goes the extra mile to help, is friendly and trustworthy. Thanks Steve.

The best service I have received from a garage. I was kept fully informed and no 'extras' were added, anything in addition to the original quote was not done without asking me first. Top class.

Very helpful; went the extra mile to make sure all was sorted out.
