Bought a mini from from here, took nearly 6 weeks to actually get the car due to repairs.Within 2 days of having a warning light appeared. Advised garage with a picture.Was back&forth 3 times. It needed a new battery, they would not replace. Halfords confirmed, ive had to pay, garage wont refund me!

Called and coil spring problem diagnosed over phone. Spare parts in and fixed a couple of days later. Tyre had been damaged by the spring and this was also replaced while car was in. Also, helpful diagnostic advice on dashboard warning message. Great customer service
