I spent ages trying to find a good garage. Its difficult these days to find one with trustworthy staff but from the friendliness of the person who answered the phone when I enquired about booking my car in for its first MOT, I didn't need to look any further. My car went in at short notice, I was kept thoroughly informed on the progress and the cost so there were no surprises when I went to pick my car up! Everyone was very friendly, professional and as a woman, its actually nice to see women working there too!

Went back to Faber last week with a faulty boot release they fixed it with no charge and contacted me ahead of schedule to say the work was complete, had forgotten this feedback form until I came to file my records for the service. Went out of their way to be helpful.
Very happy with service.
Very obliging. Always fitted me in, whatever time of the day.

Have found them a very proficient garage.
The best independent garage in York, would highly recommend.
We have used Faber Garage for many years now and also our daughter when she had a car, aunt and uncle of mine when they had a car. We have always found them very polite.
A very friendly garage, hones and helpful. I would recommend this garage to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and reliable garage.
Faber Garage have been excellent ever since I started using them (with my previous car). It was a relief when my current car was no longer under extended warranty and I could return to Faber after the main dealership. Faber understand my needs and treats me as a human being.
