My first time using Hanover. They were excellent from start to finish. Easy to make an appointment, kept me informed, carried out the work quickly and extremely well and all at a very reasonable price. Absolutely no hesitation in using Hanover again or recommending them.

Hanover have taken care of our family cars for 20+ years. Their work has always been excellent and backed up by a caring attitude and John's valuable advice. The recent incident involved 'petrol-on-diesel' when immediate details of a good solution were provided. Great all-round customer care !

Really courteous service from beginning to finish. Reception team as well as MOT tester. Even returned my car after free of charge. Didn't ask me to do any work that wasn't required but happily did a couple of extra repairs. Very reasonable price. It's the only garage I'll use in the future.

Hanover, apart from their expert work on vehicles, are really good with the communication side of their business. They send written reminders prompting you that a service/mot is due. They go that little bit further to ensure the customer is getting complete satisfaction.

Hanover have serviced, maintained and repaired my two (now 25-yr-old) motors for the past 20 years. I have ALWAYS received good value and service and NEVER any cause for complaint. Their golden hallmarks are: helpful advice, prompt & efficient repairs & spares, friendly & cheerful.

The man I dealt with was pleasant and courteous. He explained what minor faults he had found and advised me what to do about them. My only minor crticism is that they didn't ring me to tell me it would be late before they finished servicing the car - I rang them when I ws getting concerned.

All round excellent service. Helpful, friendly. Collect and drop off plus courtesy valet. I needed them to come a bit later to collect because of a last minute emergency and they were absolutely fine about it. Can’t recommend highly enough.
