At Mason-Thompson they make the painful experience of going to the garage a lot less painful and daunting. As a woman driver, I do not always know what certain things are and do and they can explain to me in a simple way without talking down. In fact you can have a good chinwag with Marie at reception and feel like visiting friends with the added bonus of having your car repaired. In terms of pricing, car repairs are and always will be expensive, but this garage's prices are reasonable in comparison to dealer garages. Another added bonus is that they make the time to look after you - no long waiting for an appointment and if they tell you they will call you with an update, they will actually do it! Keep it up!
I broke down on the M4 having overheated due to a broken hose. The breakdown company took me to this garage and fitted the new hose at the earliest opportunity whilst I waited. All staff including the breakdown company, were very helpful, efficient and kept me fully informed.
Great service.
I liked the service and the way the staff were very helpful and the way the works were carried out.
Great service from very helpful staff, especially as I am a young student with little knowledge about cars.
