Visited Mason-Thompson having seen good reviews on this website. Steve was extremely helpful and explained to me exactly what was needed to fix it. Went out of his way to find the cheapest parts and get the best price for me. Work was carried out quickly and has completely fixed my problem.

Highly recommended. Turned up late Wednesday evening needing a tyre replacement to get us home after a holiday. Steve phoned round everywhere and managed to secure and go and collect a tyre to get us back on the road very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Do not hesitate. Fantastic service.

I booked my service with Steve. He did a very thorough service on my car, giving me plenty of advice on maintaining the car to the best condition. I highly recommend Mason Thompson to anyone looking for a trustworthy garage.

After a very long flight back to Heathrow our car's suspension spring broke, so the RAC man contacted the garage and the owner agreed to stay open to fix our car. Steve could not have been more helpful and welcoming. He replaced both springs in case the other one went too. They supplied us with very welcome tea too, and kept us warm.

Mason-Thompson were so friendly, so helpful and unbelievably quick. Being stranded at Heathrow Airport on a Saturday night with a flat tyre is not good, but Mason-Thompson came out at 9.00pm., which was only half an hour after my initial phone call to them. I really cannot recommend them enough to anyone who will listen.

I felt that this garage wanted to give the customer a good experience, in what can be a stressful time whilst your car is being repaired. His staff spoke very highly about him as an employer too.
