Promised 45mins for the interim service but took 2.5hrs despite telling them thrice I had to be somewhere. Promised me branded premium tyre at the time of booking (Michelin, Bridgestone etc) but only stocked local budget tyres. Then charged me as much as a premium tyre. Had to wait 45min for payment

All communication was clear and simple, and the job offered was carried out and delivered on time and to high standard. This was an incredible service that I can’t recommend enough.

Had convertor etc stolen while on holiday and feeling shaken and fed up. The staff were all helpful and cheered us up.

We had a problem with our car after leaving Heathrow Airport. We popped in and the guys fixed it promptly and were very friendly. The repair was fixed so quickly that they didn't even charge us and we are hugely grateful.

I needed help with a tyre burst. Steve on site sourced a replacement and got it for me. As I have over fifty years customer service experience I would say Steve is one of the very best staff members I have ever met.This was endorsed by a local resident I met at the garage - need I say more.

Can't vouch for their work but they helped us out when my partner's car broke down and then refused to take any payment for their time. Much appreciated.

Had a business trip in the big city and my car decided to play up. Saw the signage and made a call. Steve was very helpful, as he came out to me and towed me in. He even gave me free coolant and screenwash ... would definitely recommend.

I went for an oil leak check and service, was told how much it could cost and was kept informed of any other noticeable problems. When I returned to pick my car up, all the jobs were done and my car had also been given a service wash. Really impressed.

We had just arrived back from holiday and picked our car up and found we had a puncture. Seen a sign advertising this garage. The man in charge was friendly and welcoming, he put our minds at rest and then repaired the puncture quickly and efficiently.
