Our car broke down on the way to Bournemouth. We pulled into this garage randomly to be met with incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff who immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, had it delivered, and fitted it - all within 3 hours. Terrific service. Highly recommended.

Although they could not fix the radiator leak under my time constraints, the refilled the radiator with coolant and refused to charge me which I thought was very decent of them and deserved a review and this recommendation.
I had a confirmed booking and yet I was refused when I took my car as they said we got too busy and cant see your car as booked. No apology offered for confirming booking . Extremely rude, inconsiderate and highly unreliable attitude. Would never recommend them to anyone.
A wonderful RIP-OFF place. I showed the invoice to a pro mechanic he laughed saying why do they changed the oil when something else is the source of issue!! The did it after charging me for diagnosis so it means they knew oil wasn’t the source of the problem. These are pro rip-offers not mechanics.

Everything good - Immediately answering the phone, booking as arranged plus extra help. Plus the Mechanic while I was waiting for the MOT appointment, got the bluetooth to work, while others have previously failed!!!
