The whole procedure went smoothly, from taking the car in, to getting it back. The office staff were pleasant and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised that I received a refund of £60 from the original price due to certain filters not requiring renewal.

As I had recently come out of hospital after a major operation, I could not drive. Steve actually came to the house, collected the car and returned it after the MOT.
