I popped in for advice on Saturday morning regarding a gearbox fault. Straight away they put it on their Mercedes diagnostic computer and was found to be the gearbox's electronic brain. However, before they ordered any parts they checked their findings with main dealer UK. They agreed and the part was replaced. Yet, Mercedes parts were expensive but their labour charges were very reasonable considering their knowledge. No more main dealers for me.
