I was given the use of a courtesy car whilst the repair was carried out, and as we were on holiday this was an absolute Godsend.

We were on holiday when the clutch burnt out on our Landrover Freelander. They had to order parts to do the repair, so they borrowed us a car so we could continue on our holiday. As we were on a holiday park a long way from the bus route, this was a godsend. When the repair was complete the work was explained to me and the bill was broken down. I was more then pleased with the work cost and service.

Fantastic customer relations. This is a fleet vehicle and the allocated driver was on holiday when the trouble happened. They could in actual fact, have told me anything, my main concern was to get my employee and his family back home safely. I was kept in touch all the way through and even sent photos by e-mail of the problem. I was amazed at the attention received from these people. It would be a very much happier experience for all drivers if there were more garages like this.

He was also very considerate of our age and disability. The bill was extremely fair. We are very appreciative of how we were treated.
