Very good and fast service. Having been broken down and had the AA attend, was recommended by him. Totally satisfied.
Very satisfied from start to finish. Friendly and very efficient. Would recommend this garage to anybody.
We misfuelled our car. They came out and collected the car within thirty minutes and dropped us home. Then when the car was ready came and collected us. Fantastic service; all staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful.
Even though the garage was very busy as was the seven others around the area I rang this garage first. It was the only one willing to help. I was on holiday and had four days to fix my motorhome, or would not be able to drive it home.
We were on holiday and so very grateful for the excellent service.
Dropped off by the RAC on the Sunday which was the second day of our holiday for a water pump change and a broken drive shaft replacement which only occurred two days later and all done for the Wednesday. Great communication despite me having no phone signal for 90% of the time. They didn't seem to mind me ringing every time I happened to get a signal hot spot for an update . Even collected me from my holiday park to collect my car. Great garage and would use them again but hope not to obviously.
Thank you Andrew and the team. Had a few bits of work done at Braefel over the past few months. No fuss no surprises, good value for money. Would highly recommend to all.
Came out promptly to recover vehicle and started it.
Courtesy car waiting for us, which I wasn't expecting. Very helpful and understanding.
