My car battery failed today at approx 14:15 after a quick conversation with the service department (Max) my car was started with a jump pack. I then drove the car to skinners at Harbour road. Max called a supplier and by 16:30 approx the new battery was fitted while I waited. Brilliant service thank

They filled my tyres, which had suddenly showed low tire pressure. They fit me into a busy day, checked the warning indicator and didn’t charge. Great customer service as always.
Very good service, quick, friendly and not too expensive. Our daughter's car had big problems and we had to drive home back to Germany on Saturday- brought the car on Wednesday and they had it repaired by Friday......really good garage!!

I use Skinners all the time for my Car MOT every year as it is Easier for me i work across the road. At short Notice i can drop my car in the morning do my job across the road and collect my car after knowing it has been looked at and tested properly. Never had any major issues A++
Max, at skinners, was unbelievably helpful - honest and honourable when another service centre had firstly tried to take me for a ride and charge me for non-necessities and secondly acted in a supercilious and arrogant attitude. Skinners have gained a loyal customer through not trying to rob me.

Arrived in Rye on Friday night. Brake warning light came on. Contacted Skinners on Saturday morning, car booked in for Monday morning. New pads fitted by lunchtime (plus the car was cleaned!). Excellent service throughout and it saved our weeks holiday. Thank you Skinners!
We were towed there by AA at 7pm. Boss just going home. Went out of his way to take us to our holiday let. About an hour out of his way.
Always go above and beyond. Loan car for period of repair. Excellent communication. Car returned cleaned inside and out. Polite, honest service with a cheery smile even though they are really busy.
