I had a sudden problem with screeching noise from my front disc brake. I swung unannounced into Skinners. The friendly manager of their impressive workshop, Matt, sorted the problem himself, immediately. His helpful ‘can do’ approach is a fine example of leadership and service at its best.

As soon as I spoke to Max at skinners I felt my car was in the right hands. I had been told elsewhere it would have to go to Mercedes (expensive). 2 of my friends told me to contact Max at Skinners. The car was booked in and by lunchtime ready to collect at a half hr service charge. Wonderful.
Matt was amazing. I called in an emergency as my exhaust split. Despite being busy he fixed my car at short notice. Amazing and thank you. Will definitely be back .

Visiting Rye and found a broken exhaust bracket. Called in at Skinners where Matt (workshop manager) took it on himself to get us out of trouble, despite being really busy. Fixed it himself and 30 minutes later we were on our way. Exceptional service. Super friendly staff.
