I purchased the Mercedes recently, knowing it would need a full service and recommissioning after a few years off the road. Max and Ben in the service team looked after the whole operation with full transparency and excellent communication. A fantastic service and quality of work.

Justin's attitude was excellent. He managed to fit the car in as an emergency and diagnosed a complex set of bmw faults. Aux battery was replaced with genuine parts and all returned perfectly. I wish Skinners were moving to Oxford!

I was particularly impressed by the service I received from Justin, who very kindly accommodated my request for an early slot given how far I had travelled on the day, and communicated progress to me in a very helpful way. And he was extremely welcoming and friendly too!

Dropped in on spec as ever more worrying knocking noises from under car. Invited to leave car with them - fixed next day - Justin and team could not have been more helpful and reassuring (unlike a certain high street chain who previously unable to fix issue). Shall certainly use again!
