Far from home, my driver side windscreen wiper broke and there was no KIA dealer near by. A phone call to tony proved very helpful, he was able to obtain and fit the correct wiper blade to enable me to drive home safely.
Enormous care taken to detect faults, provide advice, explain procedures, reassure and repair.
Polite and helpful staff. Reasonable charges.

Skinners look after my CLS and have arranged repairs and service when required. VERY helpful! Matt in service dept knows his Mercedes cars. They also look after and restored to as new condition my daughters very neglected C200 saloon (04) I recommend Skinners to every Mercedes owner l come across. Certainly the best garage l have ever encountered
The guy behind the reception desk was informative, helpful and polite. He also didn't charge for a check and dust cap!

Skinners saved my family holiday! My clutch died in Camber on Bank Holiday Friday, I contacted them and they fitted a new clutch, but also provided a courtesy car so we could continue our holiday! On collection I found they also cleaned my car! Five star service, highly recommend!
