Had full clutch replacement today. Ky and his staff were polite, courteous and very helpful, answering all my questions. It's nice to find a local garage where you don't feel uncomfortable speaking to a mechanic that 'knows it all' or hasn't got the time for you - not here. I was shown and offered the old parts and it was clearly explained what had worn out and why it needed replacing. Repair carried out within the day for a competitive price (we're all on a budget now) - they even gave me a lift into work. So glad I didn't use the main dealer, who wanted to do more work than was actually necessary.

It is hard to find a good mechanic but Ky and the staff at Trench Lock Autos are fantastic. This is the second visit to garage, the first being for a major service. Top class, personal service both times and always a friendly voice and smile to greet you. Ky offers the personal touch and the work carried out is faultless and at the best price. No nonsense, genuine garage and very reasonable on price too. As long Ky doesn't retire, I will always be using him as our mechanic for my family and friends.
