I have been using this garage for the last 8 years and in that time I have always been treated very well, the level of service is excellent. The staff are always pleasant and always get the job done. I have recommended many friends to this garage and they have also been pleased with the service. I will not use anybody else.

I was having a significant problem with my car, which had been diagnosed by a national garage/repair centre, with a large quote attached. Trench Lock Autos advised me what their plan would be, using a main dealer to diagnose the problem, and how they would then undertake the repair. They collected my car from the original garage, paid for the work they had undertaken, and once the work had been completed (at a significantly lower price), they called me and took to me to their premises to pick up my car. They also rang me to provide me with an update. A great service all round!

Amazing service. I called at 10AM on the off-chance they could fit my car in on the day. A tow truck arrived at my house within an hour of speaking to them, followed by a call a couple of hours later confirming the problem, cost and timescale to fix (about an hour). Got a phone call once the car was fixed and they very kindly offered to give me a lift over to the garage. Overall excellent, friendly service, a rapid response and very reasonable priced (they managed to do all of this for less than what another garage had quoted me).
