We received far better service than our main dealer's garage, at a fraction of the cost.

Just about the very best garage going in Telford. Great staff and the standard of work just first class.
I always receive a consistent 5 star service, and I would never hesitate to recommend the garage. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Ky and the team always give a high level of service, regardless of the work being carried out. It's nice to see this team give a full description of the work they need to carry out on your vehicle and will use the best suppliers for the parts. They also get you the best price they can. Whilst our car was in the garage, we received calls from Ky giving us an update on the work being carried out on our car. Keep up the good work guys!
Brilliant service, friendly staff and excellent service. Would and have recommended to all my friends.
Emergency replacement of alternator completed in less than 24 hours. Excellent information on quote and possible worst case cost. Pick up of car and door to door chauffeur to collect car on completion. wonderful service.
Boss was away but service still excellent.
It was an excellent and friendly service, as always. It's lovely to have a garage you can trust.
They were really helpful - especially in terms of the speed of the repair.
Most helpful and friendly garage I have ever come across. Would highly recommend them. They even picked vehicle up and dropped off. Awesome!
The staff made me feel very relaxed and made me a cup of tea while I waited.
We wouldn't take our car anywhere else. Ky Faulkner is the most honest and fair car mechanic we have ever known. Highly recommended.
Excellent customer service, from a genuine and reliable garage! They're highly recommended always.
I arrived very late in the day. The mechanic had actually started to pack up, but happily got his tools back out to help. He was very helpful and got my problems sorted.
Both myself and my partner have used this garage for a few years and have no hesitation at recommending it to other people.
Will return next year for service and MOT.
Members of my family have used this garage for a number of years. We have had no complaints or problems ever. We also have family friends who have used this garage for years.
Trench Lock Autos is one of the most trustful garages I have ever used. Take all our family cars there for all services and repairs. Owner and staff are always extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent service at all times!
It is nice to be able to go to a garage that will not rip you off and are genuine.
I'm very happy with the service I received. They were really nice men to deal with, and also kept me up to date with the servicing of my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
