Been a satisfied customer for 11 years!
This garage owner could not have been more helpful. The difficult repairs I have presented have been carried out cheerfully and effectively.
Completed and helpful staff.
Very friendly and "open" with regards to service/state of vehicle etc.
As usual quick repair carried out by Ky and his staff. Kept informed of progress extremely well.
Outstanding service the only garage I know that shows what they have done and shows the old parts which have been taken off. If you have an emergency, contact via email even on Sunday you get a reply on a Sunday What more do you want from garage ??
Kai and his team are always friendly, approachable and explain what work is required. Regular updates are always provided and a clear outline of the price is given. A pleasure to find a reliable garage that is always open and honest.
Friendly and helpful staff. Showed us the faulty parts which were removed. The bill also came to less than estimated too!
Started using this garage a few months ago and have been very impressed by the level of service and quality of work.
I have used this garage for around twenty years and it is the only one I recommend. First class, reliable work and honest.
One of the best garages I have ever been to. I will definitely use in the future with confidence.
Always helpful, efficient and trustworthy. Would highly recommend to anyone.

First class and honest service.

Really nice crew; very cheerful.
I have been using this garage for a number of years now and have always been very happy with the work done. My eldest son also uses Trench Lock Autos for all work on his car.
I cannot recommend the proprietor and staff highly enough. They are a very professional team, who complete the work on time.
I received excellent service from the staff, who were very friendly and helpful - and could not do enough for me. Competitive prices. Brilliant.
