J D Automotive Ludlow Limited

Always gives a good service.

As always, delightful staff and an excellent service.

Usual excellent service, arranged promptly.

This is a fantastic garage in all respects, the best that I have ever used.

I use this garage for all of my family's cars.

Pleasant reception area and polite staff.

As always, an excellent service, at a very reasonable price. I've been using this garage for my car, and my wife's car for the last four years. On every occasion the work has been carried out on time and for no more than the price quoted (sometimes less). I'm updated by text or call when the vehicle is ready, and on one occasion when my car failed an MOT I was called immediately so I could make a decision on what work to undertake. The staff are all friendly, and explain things clearly and simply. I'm always offered the opportunity to inspect or take away any parts removed etc. I heartily recommend this garage, and have no wish to take my cars elsewhere. First class experience!

Superb customer service. They collected my car from my home, and returned it after the service. Ten out of ten.

Highly recommend J D Automotive for incredible friendliness, helpfulness & a genuine effort to keep their customers' costs down.

Superb service. They were able to repair the faulty unit, and not fit new replacement parts.

Excellent service; went out of their way to arrange for a courtesy car! Very competitive price; would recommend the garage to anyone without hesitation.

Exceptional friendliness of all staff, such a change from most other garages.
