J D Automotive Ludlow Limited

Always helpful and efficient.

They are so helpful and happy. They go above and beyond to help you even to the point of delivering your car back to you.

Friendly reception. Collected car and drove me home. Ideal for disabled people which would be a good marketing ploy for your scheme.

Excellent all round service.

First class service as usual. I have used J D for last 4 or 5 years and have always been completely satisfied.

Nice people and very helpful.

I had my MOT/service done in May and then went back today for some more work. I have used this garage for many years. The office and garage staff are always friendly and helpful; they are brilliant.

Excellent service, friendly service. So helpful and kind. I always recommend JD and speak highly of them. Both my late husband and I have always been welcomed.

Excellent service which I have always had.

This garage is very friendly and helpful, and compares well for price.

Excellent customer service, and have taken my car for service/repairs for 4 years now.

Good and efficient service as always.

Excellent service all round.

Very helpful receptionist. Even rang to let us know the minute the car was ready to fit in with children's swimming lessons. Impressed the car was back the same day as needed multiple repairs requiring the ordering of parts. Confident the car has been thoroughly checked. We have had a lot of problems with garages in the past which is why we asked the RAC to recommend a garage.

Excellent service as always.

When you receive such excellent professional service, why go anywhere else.

I have used this garage for many years because of reliability, courtesy and helpfulness.

Very helpful and competent staff. Work carried out quickly and efficiently.

First class service. Very helpful staff.

Excellent service - cant thank you enough.
