J D Automotive Ludlow Limited

Attitude and standard of work could not be faulted. My car - an Audi Q2 - with very low mileage was purchased new from the dealer. The price they quoted me for the exact same service was more than double charged by J D Automotive.

J D Automotive are very friendly and were sensitive to the Covid 19 situation, in carrying out work to my car.

Always get 100% service from first phone call re: booking to collecting car when done. Office staff are very knowledgeable re:what is wanted and telling you how much it will be. Always very friendly and helpful, I would recommend to anyone.

JD replaced battery and carried out interim service. They collected and dropped off my vehicle for me - which was much appreciated - Great service!

Top class as ever.

The interim service was carried out promptly. I was notified as soon as it had been completed. A lift was given both from and to the garage.
