Motatech Ltd

As usual GREAT customer service. They gave a fair second opinion.

I absolutely love the team here, Jez and Lucy are such lovely people. Being a female going to a garage is quite daunting but I’m always put at ease whenever I walk in. No questions are stupid and jez will explain everything to me.

Motatec sorted a problem on my campervan. They certainly do not mess about. They are certainly "head and shoulders" above the rest. Well done

They really try to help and you feel that they will do their best for you.

EXCELLENT as always . Very customer orientated experience , the most honest garage I've ever used . WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND..

Over my 51 years I have been to many garages , but since I found MOT a Tech 7 years ago I wouldn't go anywhere else . They are the standard ALL garages should be held to . AMAZING AS ALWAYS

Used Motatech for years. Wouldn't recommend any one else. A few repairs to the focus this year. Very competitively priced for parts and labour. No need to shop around trying to pinch pennies. Keep up the good work, Nick.

I have used this garage since moving to the area three years ago. The staff and owner are fantastic. So helpful nothing is too much trouble reasonably priced, very pleasant and only do the work that is necessary. Highly recommended.

went out of there way to fit me in the same day superb customer service

Great garage, great service.

Very pleased

As always helpful and friendly service and recommend to all my friends

As always, car poorly. Rang to have it looked at. Fixed that day. No fuss, no hassle. Ex service.

Been using this garage for years now, always happy with their work and very reasonable too, happy to recommend them.

Used these for the last few years. Really good. Everything is explained in easy terms. Never had any issues.

Brilliant service as usual. Both cars in and out without any problems. I can never fault these guys for service, repairs and price. I work in transport maintenance and deal with a large network of independent and main dealer workshops everyday, MOTaTech is one of the best.

Trustworthy

Jeremy and his team are awesome - I turned up at 4.45pm with a problem, and despite the huge amount of work they had on, they sorted it in thirty minutes. They really do look after their customers, and do it with a smile. The ultimate garage; I have never had such good honest service; 100% trust!

Definitely my 'go to' garage for both car and motorbike with a friendly, helpful staff team. On this occasion my car was booked in for a wheel bearing replacement which was sorted promptly. Thank you to all at MOT A TECH Shrewsbury.

Always above and beyond! You won't find a more trustworthy and fairly-priced garage. Can't sing their praises enough.
