Would like the collection of vehicle time (8.00am) to have been adhered to. But satisfied with everything.

I booked my car in for an annual service. I had noticed some rumbling noise, but I had thought it was road surfaces, so I didn't think to mention it. I had later a call to say a wheel bearing was worn. That would explain the rumbling then! The cost of the wheel bearing was very reasonable, as was the service and free MOT. I paid less for all this than I used to pay for the service alone at a franchised dealer! I asked about brakes, as the car has done 45k miles without any new pads or discs and he checked the report and assured me it was fine. Another call to advise me it was ready, something I often didn't get at the franchised dealer. The following day I phoned to query a note on the report about back exhaust corrosion and I was assured it was just to keep an eye on and should be OK for a few months and certainly wasn't about to fall off and wasn't blowing. I felt, I had excellent value for money and was not ripped off or pressured into having extra work done. I shall certainly be visiting First Car again soon and shall recommend my girlfriend to get her car serviced here in the future too.

First car have offered nothing but first class service, from the office to the mechanics. I would never consider taking my car anywhere else.
