Car collected and delivered. MOT carried out with service although not requested, so have gained an extra 6 months on test certificate which is handy as I am thinking of selling the car.

They got a four for contact only because they didn't phone when it was ready.
The only down side, was the fact that there was not a customer waiting room, there was a waiting area for one, at the reception desk, but there were two of us on the day unfortunately. However, the good news is that there is a new customer waiting area, which is almost complete now, so good news for our future visits to First Car. We found this garage to be something very special, we have used it 3 times now and will continue doing so in the future.
