It was a very professional, friendly and overall nice customer service experience. They did a great job explaining the work they had done, and they didn't do anything that was not required. Highly recommended!

It's always the best service! Many thanks.
They're nice guys who saved my marriage - as my husband would have killed me if I hadn't repaired my bumper! Thanks!
Excellent service, as always.
I have been to other garages that have not been as clean and tidy. The work was explained very well, and the quality was top class. I'm very happy.
I have been using this garage for many years. The service and attitude of all staff is second to none - the best!

This is a great garage. I didn't need to make an appointment for my MOT - which was completed within my lunch break!
I have been using Shelby Services for 14 years. It's an excellent garage - and Mark is wonderful!
Whilst working in London, my car broke down so I walked in Shelby's - and the staff were very helpful and professional. They came out and fixed my problem within a couple of hours. A fantastic garage.
I was kept notified, and they were clear on the MOT requirements.
They were very helpful, and I received very good service from the moment I rang up. They helped me get equipped for driving in France!
Prompt and thorough; completely satisfied with their services.
Good, honest and trustworthy garage. Very polite and helpful. From a lady Driver.
Excellent service - from booking in, to the completion of the job. They lose one mark for not calling me to update me on the diagnosis of the problem - but they're the best mechanics I've ever used.
I appreciated the guidance on the works - especially regarding the works that should not be done! The garage was very trustworthy. After 7 years in London with unsatisfactory service, I feel that I have now found a keeper- and this is a relief. Great service.
Very good service; very helpful in explaining what needs to be done.
