It would be more pleasing if they left the radio on the same station - not on loud pop music, the seat in the same position, and generally left the car as it was. More professional in fact, like the big dealerships. This is a very good family-run and owned garage - just a few rough edges - otherwise, they're very trustworthy and helpful.
