First class attention.
I live locally and saw the garage and decided to give it my custom. My car had a service and MOT.
Great! My window went out of the door frame. One garage said it has to be replaced, another said they need to have a look in details...The guy at Shelby fixed it in one minute...no charge! They changed my rear pad, good price, good work, flexible with my busy day. Why go somewhere else?
I couldn't recommend Shelby Vehicle Services Ltd more strongly. I have used them for repairs and numerous MOTs over the years and without fail have found them to be trustworthy, reliable, honest, efficient, reasonable and generally brilliant. I would travel a considerable distance to be able to continue to use them.
Good friendly efficient service.
Keep it up!
I had mentioned when I brought my car in, that I needed it by the end of the day. They pulled out all the stops even when they had to get a part from elsewhere and I had it back repaired in time to drive away just now. Brilliant service! Best garage ever!
This garage used to service my Ford Focus - I will certainly use them for serviceing my Honda Ja33 - They are extremely helpful and willing.
Always cheerful. Polite - plus good work!
For the first time ever in dealing with MOT I felt supported, informed and like I got value for money. In fact it was about half of what I have been paying for years. Thanks to the team; I will be using this garage only in the future.
As usual professional and friendly.
