I took my motorcycle in for MOT on getting there is parked up noticed my front brake lever switch was hanging off it had snapped by the screw that meant it would of failed the MOT I told the mechanic named Lee about it and he fixed it very helpful guy great attitude

I have called a number of times after using them in the past a lot of times with vehicles.and now it looks like i have been black listed.for no reason don't they want my custom its there loss .they just never get back to me every time I call when they say they will. Customer Service bad.

The M0T inspector was very polite and professional.

With in 2 months spend 3000£ but fault stays the same. When you complaint they will show you the attitude and refuse to repair your car. If you are brown or black don't think going there because you will be treated as 3rd class citizens.

Dropped off car handbrake was working. Picked it up and it was broke no handbrake.took it somewhere else this morning and was told it had been pulled roughly. Saw driver a bit fast test driving it. Also another car was wheel spinning.

I phoned 7.30 am Christmas eve after realising my mot was out of date. I was told if I could get there in one hour they would put mine through its mot first. Lady in waiting room very nice. First class operation

First call into the garage was on the Wednesday. Checked car over free of charge. Could not road test due to road works, came back into garage Saturday to do so. I did not expect to get car repaired on the same day. Excellent service and communications from the staff. My first call in to you, definitely not my last, you have a new and loyal customer.

Everything didn't go to plan, I wasn't totally satisfied with their service and had to complain. Their response was excellent... it's easy to give good reviews when things go smoothly but these guys 'n' gals were on top when things went wrong. Very reassuring and good doing business with them.
