Having used another garage belonging to the Good Garage Scheme, I decided to use this local garage after seeing an advert for Alma Motors who also belonged to the scheme.

I have used Alma Motors for many years now, as have my friends and family. Always friendly and helpful and would highly recommend them.

This garage is fantastic - and I have used them for 30+ years. They bend over backwards to help; are very fair and honest, and do what needs to be done - advising at all times in order to help the customer. Amazing. Five stars.

Have used this garage for years, they know me and I know them. I trust them not to overcharge and they will get me out of scrapes if I need them to! Many of my colleagues and neighbours agree and they're always busy, which speaks for itself!

I have been a customer of this garage for over 20 years and have provided favourable feedback to your scheme before now, but wanted to provide yet another example of their excellent service, having received their kind assistance on the 20th Jan 2012. What happened was that I had driven along Glendale Gardens near, where their garage is and I could not avoid driving through a massive big puddle in the road. Less than a couple of minutes later, round the corner from Glendale Gardens, my car broke down and I ended up in a very dangerous position on a busy road and on a bus stop. It was a Friday afternoon,raining and getting dark. Anyway, upon notifying Alma Motors of my predicament, one of their mechanics, Ian, immediately came to my assistance and towed me and my car to the safety of their garage forecourt. I left it with them and they rang me about an hour or so later to notify me my car was ready for collection. When I asked them what I owed them for their help, they said I didn't need to pay anything as I'm a long standing customer. Excellent service from an excellent bunch of people. The whole lot of them,Martin, their receptionist and all the mechanics!

I have found all the staff to be both helpful and knowledgeable at all times.
