Took my car in for what I thought was an oil leak with smoke entering car. Garage were quick to tell me I needed a new rocker cover but Hyundai had none in stock. They said they could go on the Hyundai waiting list or source one myself. They were happy to keep my car until fixed. They went on the waiting list as the one I sourced didn't fit and there were none in the UK, Europe or Korea. 5 or 6 weeks later Hyundai notified the garage late one afternoon that they had one in stock which the mechanic went and collected rather than wait for delivery. I consider that above and beyond. The rocker cover was fitted the next day. I was warned that there may still be a smell of burning for a couple of days but if it continued for a week to come back. I had no need to come back as it was fine. Really happy with the communications from the garage keeping me up to date and also the fact they were happy to keep the car until repaired. Amazing service, staff were friendly and I would definitely go back again.

Tried Sun Motors for the first time today. Dropped the vehicle off early this morning, received a diagnosis and price of repair before I had time to get home, job done and had the car back before midday. I'll be using them again and have already recommended them to friends. Excellent service gents, thanks.

Been going to Sun Motors for a few years, always had excellent service. They managed to fit my daughter in to check her car over, and as always were brilliant. My daughter is now going back for her MOT, another happy customer!

I’ve used Sun Motors many times over the years with this car and previous ones for both MOTs and repairs. They are always fairly priced, efficient and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else. Totally recommend

**Excellent garage** Had problems with my alarm going off due to bonnet open warning sign. Rang them and same day took my vehicle down to them. Very helpful and pleasant man advised what he may do. Went to collect my car after work as agreed. They didn't change me a penny for solving the issue. Something unheard of these days as I'm sure anyone would agree. I could not be more grateful and very pleasantly surprised there was no charge for the work they did. (my neighbours are probably happy now too!) Will definitely use this garage again and recommend anyone who needs a garage. Thank you Sun Motors

Nothing but praise for Sun Motors who have looked after my Fiat 500 for the last year. Always friendly and helpful , a service and two MOT’s were carried out professionally and with no fuss. Many thanks to Dave earlier in the year who was very helpful, liaising with one of the roadside assistance companies who had supplied a faulty battery when I called them out in an emergency.

Have used this garage for 20 years for both mine and my wifes car, except when under manufacturers warranty, have never been dissapointed with service and attitude of the owner and staff, if only every garage was like this! I suppose you would then be out of business. These people are amazing they have always gone the extra mile.

Highly recommend!!! Not being the most organised I forgot to book in my MOT with Sun (even though they have a text messaged reminder) I took my car to a local larger chain garage and in an attempt to squeeze a few more quid out of me, failed my car on its mot, they then didn’t have the time to fit me in for 2 weeks leaving me without a car… I took my car to Sun motors who investigated the issue, made sure it met all the required standards to pass its MOT, All advisories were explained to me by friendly staff and I was on my way. Genuinely couldn’t recommend the garage enough and won’t be going anywhere else !

Took the car for an MOT and service, only to be told by Shane that as I'd only done 4k miles since the last service, I wouldn't need one. By actually saving me unnecessary expense, the guys have guaranteed my custom for years to come

I described the problem with my car (a persistent squeak after driving 6/7 miles). They investigated the likely causes, keeping me fully informed, and resolved the issue completely. They then explained the problem in detail and the cost was exactly as quoted. I was very impressed with this garage and would recommend them without hesitation.

I recently had my MoT done at Sun Motors, who I first used about seven years ago when my previous trusted garage changed hands, and they've been my first choice garage ever since, so it's about time I shared my experience of them. They're always friendly and helpful and very fair and honest and never look to do any work that isn't necessary, anything that does need doing is always explained clearly so you can make a decision, with the work then carried out to a high standard. They're a great garage and I highly recommend Dave and his team.

Without doubt a gem of a garage , the service is always of the highest quality at a very reasonable price and in good time as well. Been going to Dave and his team for over a decade and have never had any problems with their work or attitude. Always there to offer good advice and I like the way they explain and take you thru the work done on your car. They are a credit to the motor trade and the community they serve.
