It is very rare that I even leave feedback, let alone leave 5/5 or 10/10. However in Westcliff Test Centres case, I am more than happy to do so. Firstly, their automated online booking system was easy to use and a godsend as I realised at 9:00 at night I didn't have an MOT and managed to book it in for the next day. All the staff were friendly and quite chatty, and were more than happy for me to wait while my MOT was done, and subsequently the retest the next day. The car failed on 2 minor things, although there was some surplus work that was recommended, I was not coerced or hassled into having it done. Quite refreshing. On top of that, the cost was ridiculously good, £35 for an online booking? Nearly half as much as I paid at a different garage last year. Free retest as well. I will be using the garage all the time in future and recommending it to all friends and family. One satisfied customer.
