I recently moved to the area and I had a quick look through the local free paper and found a couple of garages. I noticed Westcliff Test Centre was members of the Good Garage Scheme but I had never heard of them before. I looked at there feed back and decided to book my car in for an MOT online. I could not believe how easy it was. I got an email to confirm my booking then the next morning I got a text to remind me I had a MOT later that day. I had the MOT and was shocked to get a failure considering I had it serviced four months ago. They explained and showed me what it had failed on and they where very helpful. I never booked it in for the repairs as David on the Desk said feel free to ring round and compare prices so I did. I did get one other cheaper quote but three more expensive quotes but because of how helpful they where I went back to Westcliff Test Centre. I had the work done and the price came out cheaper than they quoted. Ashley explained there was more than one possible ball joint and they priced it on the most expensive so there was no nasty surprises. I was surprised at their honesty and walked away a very happy woman knowing I have a safe car on the road.
