Westcliff Test Centre

Excellent.

I found staff pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Only went in for a replacement brake light but the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They volunteered a check of all the other lights whilst I was there. Would definitely recommend to others and use again myself.

Very good service and nice people. They always tell you how your car is and how to maintain our car for good performance. We've always gone here for many years.

Always a pleasure to deal with.

Very friendly helpful service.

Excellent service and repairs as always.

I was so worried my car was a write off. The lads made me feel comfortable by explaining what had happened and how they were going to fix it in simple terms. When I got the e-mail and SMS to say the car was ready I was surprised to see the invoice attached was cheaper than quoted.

Always happy with the service received.

Garage to trust (I hope) its all been great. Found faults which were helpful and cheaper than others.

Charming, helpful and reliable. I trust them implicitly, what more could I ask.

Best garage I have ever used. Trust them 100% which is very rare.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received and will not hesitate to recommend this garage to anyone I meet.

Spoke with Carl on the phone requesting service, MOT and at least one repair I knew of. His advice was sound and duly followed.

Finally a garage I can trust.

This is the best garage I have ever used! They were reasonably priced, and the end cost was cheaper than the quote. The staff were honest and reliable, and I'm one happy customer.

Really wonderful service. Quick and professional.

Car is now running like a dream. Very pleased.

Thank you for all your help at all times. Always service with a smile.

Brilliant service.
