As ever, an excellent professional service from Travis and his team. MOT was done rapidly and although it failed the faults were rectified that same day and a very reasonable rate. Fergies, as the garage is known locally, has been around for many years and is well known locally for the professional and welcome services it supplies. They know everything about all makes of cars! The team are highly professional and will go that extra mile to ensure your car is maintained to the highest level. Always honest they will explain any costs occurred before doing the work and the work is the best. I hope to be around like Fergies for many years to use this garage again and again. 100% satisfied 5 stars are not adequate enough!

Very helpful. Don't just do work then bill you. They give me advice on what needs doing and what will need doing later.
I had a tyre needing replacement, unable to book in and just turned up. Travis and the team were excellent and had a brand new tyre fitted and checked over very quickly and very reasonably priced. This garage is trustworthy and very popular within Seaham. Travis and the team will go out of their way to assist anyone and is honest and speaks clearly over what is needed and not needed. A great credit to Seaham and a great successful, friendly garage.

Excellent job done ! Needed repairs carried out as vehicle broke down on holiday. Ferguson's didn't have their own expertise, so they called in others who did and vehicle fixed in time.

Having had my car tampered with multiple times by my 2 previous garages, I heard about the Good Garage Scheme & so glad I chose this garage. They were a friendly bunch who seem the type to build up a good rapport with their customers. In the past, whenever my car has had an MOT, it's ended up with more problems that weren't there. So 3 weeks after it having it's MOT here, my car has not ended up with other costly problems. I'm so pleased I can finally trust a garage again! I will definitely be back & it will be interesting to see if my car passes it's MOT the first time next year, or at least only have one or two wear & tear things wrong with it. Thanks guys for your honesty!
