I've been using the same garage for 4 years. They provide a great and honest service.

Always a friendly and efficient service.

I had heard about this garage through word of mouth, but not just one person, people would say to me get it done at Autotune Hedge End on the industrial estate near the burger places, but I live in Whiteley so why would I go there I asked? My mate replied 'because they know what they are doing and are reasonably priced' so I did and do u know what, he was right. A friendly, family run garage, that looks after your car. They do your work and check what needs doing for you. They advise and recommend work for the future if it needs it without being pushy. When I have been there they always have a smile! This is why I recommend Autotune Garage Services to my friends, family and anyone who would take the time to read this.

After the last visit to Autotune in September, which needed a new turbo charger (see review), I have had the front suspension collapse, which once again was sorted out in their exemplary fashion and now a wheel bearing has been fixed today. Also during that time we had my wife's BMW misfiring which the AA came to fix and charged £38 for the part and it worked 'after a fashion' but it was the wrong part on the wrong cylinder, so I took it to Mark and it was fixed in a flash using the right parts! As I said in a previous review, 'why would anyone go to a main dealer' when you have a gem of an independent on your doorstep (33 miles in my case, maybe that demonstrates how good they really are)!

As we all know, it's hot and sticky, it's 3.45pm and my sons air-con is not working on his Fiesta. A phone call to Mark who says bring it round and I will sort it. I drove round, hooked up the machine and the whole process took 30 minutes and my son now has a new fridge to drive around in! I don't know of any other garage that would do that and maybe that explains why they are always busy. Great customer service and enjoy your holiday!

We have used Autotune since 2008 and now all of our staff use them, which gives them about 6 cars to look after. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they do what they say they are going to do, for the price they quote and do it all with a smile. Whilst the work I had done (new left hand turbo charger) was expensive, the local Bentley dealer quoted the same price just for the part. When you find a garage as good as Autotune, you wonder why anyone in their right mind needs to use a main dealer.

Mark and his colleagues are extremely helpful and approachable. They told me what they had done, what was wrong, how they fixed it and when I asked about a future service, they told me how they do things for that too. The price was fantastic (rear wheel bearing and a turbo down pipe on a ford Mondeo diesel). I took the car there on a Friday, it was booked in on Monday and completed the same day. I honestly can not find anything bad about the service I had. Thank you!

My car is well maintained by Mark & Karl Hibberd, who always give good helpful advice & service. I trust them & they have never betrayed that trust. Brilliant. Car comes back feeling like new!
