Having moved to the area a couple of years ago, I had been unable to find a satisfactory garage for services/MOT etc until a work colleague mentioned Autotune as a good option. He had been using the garage for years with no problems so I decided to give them a try. Right from the outset I was impressed with the professionalism showed by Mark and Cheryl. From the initial inquiry you are treated as a valued customer and they are more than happy to explain every step of the work to be carried out along with an all-in quote so you know what you will need to pay straight away. I picked up my car this evening and will shortly be contacting the garage to arrange a full service. So, so happy to have found a garage that I can trust!

Just returned to Mark after being 'tied in to warranty' from a new purchase. As always an excellent job. Told me of special oil needed for a diesel with particulate filters and how to run the car to burn off the residue. Nothing of which had been said by the main dealer when I bought the car! Good to be back with someone who knows what he is doing!

My Chrysler 300 failed it's MOT on a minor technicality, and I had less than 1 hour to get a quick repair carried out and get it re-tested. Mark and Karl dropped everything and made a really quick repair for me and I got the MOT pass. Nice work guys. That's good service.

The only negative comment I could use would be that they could have used plastic seat covers; makes on the upholstery were later removed by me. Otherwise, they were very good.
