I first used Autotune when I had a reoccurring fault which another garage had failed to fix. They were very helpful and resolved the problem immediately after the other garage had mucked me around for weeks. I subsequently ended up booking my next service and MOT there, which has just been completed promptly and efficiently, so I will definitely use them again. They are a friendly family run business who offer honest advice and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I thought the cost of the service was higher than expected, but I was very happy with the procedure of putting engine flush into the oil a day or two before the service. I provided my own oil and oil filter and was dismayed when I noticed an oil leak from the filter about a week after the service. I took the car back and they showed me that the filter had been correctly fitted, then happily cleaned off the excess oil and refitted the filter, but warning me that the filter itself might be faulty. It was my wife's car and she felt that she wanted the filter replaced with a new one. She took the car back on an appointed time, whereby they replaced the filter with one that they supplied, at no cost. I was very impressed with this, after all, I was the one who had supplied the faulty filter. I would certainly recommend this garage and I will definitely use them again.
